Olga Sooudi is the project’s principal investigator. Olga is an anthropologist of art and migration with a background in academic labor organizing, and co-leads EDI and decolonization efforts through the UvA anthropology department Program Committee.

Chih-Chen Trista Lin is the work package leader for the project in the middle-management setting. Trista is a human geographer working with the feminist theorization of affect, vulnerability, and biopolitics to understand how (marginalized) people intervene in the governing of work and life.

Melina Czymoniewicz-Klippel is the work package leader for the project in the teaching setting. Melina is a global health scientist with a background in researching and applying inclusive teaching practices to higher education, alongside expertise in intervention evaluation.

C.Y. Edwina Wong is the postdoctoral researcher in this project. Edwina is a social and organizational psychologist researching how JEDI efforts can be researched, designed, and evaluated with intersectional considerations to better serve multiply marginalized groups.

Ella Sebamalai is a collaborator in this project for the middle-management setting. Ella represents and leads D&I efforts and initiatives at FEB RUG. 

Marije Severs is a collaborator in this project for the teaching setting. Marije represents and leads D&I efforts and initiatives at TU Delft.
